PAYMENT OF INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTS ON TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT DUE TO DISABILITY

Section 1: Eligibility. On severance of all employment with all Contributing Employers through the date of distribution of his or her Individual Account due to Total and Permanent Disability, a Participant may elect to receive a distribution of his Individual Account. The date of disability shall be determined by the Trustees.
