DISTRIBUTION OF INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTS AT DEATH

Section 1: Death After Commencement of Distribution. Death benefits with respect to an Individual Account (or portion thereof) for which distribution had commenced at the time of the Participant's death will be payable according to the form of payment selected by the Participant. Death benefits with respect to an Individual Account (or portion thereof) for which distribution had not commenced will be payable according to the provisions of Sections 2 and 3 below.
