DISTRIBUTION OF INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTS AT DEATH

Section 2: Death Prior to Commencement of Distribution. Upon the death of a Participant, his Beneficiary will be entitled to a distribution of the Participant's Individual Account. The Amount of such distribution will be as set forth in Article V, Section 3.
