ARTICLE IX
GENERAL PROVISIONS

Section 4: Powers of Trustees. The Trustees shall be the sole judges of the standard of proof required in any case. In the application and interpretation of any of the provisions of this Plan, the decisions of the Trustees shall be final and binding on all parties, including Employers, the Union, the Association, Employees, and Beneficiaries, subject to applicable federal law. The Trustees shall be the sole judges of interpretations and applications of Plan rules.
