GENERAL PROVISIONS

Section 6: Mental Incompetency. In the event it is determined by the Trustees that a Participant, Annuitant, or Beneficiary is unable to care for his personal affairs because of mental or physical incapacity, any benefit due such person, unless claim therefore has been made by a legal guardian or legal representative, may be applied at the discretion of the Trustees for maintenance and support of such Participant, Annuitant or Beneficiary.
