GENERAL PROVISIONS

Section 10: Plan Amendment. The Trustees may amend or modify the Plan at any time in accordance with the Trust Agreement and subject to the applicable federal law. No amendment or modification may reduce any benefits which have been approved for payment prior to amendment, so long as funds are available for payment of such benefits.

Where the vesting schedule is being amended, for every employee who is a participant on the amendment adoption date or the amendment effective date, whichever is later, the non-forfeitable percentage of the Participant's right the employer-derived accrued benefit may not be less than the Participant's percentage figured under the plan without regard to the amendment.
