ARTICLE IX
GENERAL PROVISIONS

Section 12: Plan Termination. In the event of termination of this Plan or in the event of complete discontinuance of contributions, each Participant shall have a nonforfeitable right to his Individual Account and the assets then remaining, after providing for the expenses of the Plan and for the payment to any Individual Account therefor approved, shall be distributed among the Participants. No part of the assets shall be returned to any Employer or inure to the benefit of any Employer, Association or Union.
