TOP HEAVY PROVISIONS
Section 6: Special Vesting Schedule. If the Plan becomes Top-Heavy, the following vesting schedule shall apply:
A Participant who has completed at least three years of service shall have a non-forfeitable right to all employer contributions made on his behalf.
