AMENDMENT NO. 12
TO THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA IBEW-NECA DEFINED CONTRIBUTION PLAN

This Amendment to the Southern California IBEW-NECA Defined Contribution Plan (“Plan”) executed this 31st day of October 2018, is made by the Board of Trustees of the Southern California IBEW-NECA Defined Contribution Trust Fund (“Board of Trustees”) with reference to the following facts and circumstances:

1. The Board of Trustees wish to amend the Plan to make the provisions of Article X, Section 1(a)(2)(G) as amended October 19, 2017 part of the Plan and to be ongoing.
2. The Board of Trustees has reserved to themselves the ability to amend the Plan from time to time.

NOW THEREFORE, the Plan is amended as follows:

1. Article X, Section 1(a)(2)(G) of the Plan is amended by replacing the phrase “on or after May 1, 2009 and prior to December 31, 2018” with “on or after May 1, 2009”.
2. All other terms and conditions of the Plan shall remain in full force and effect.\
