Governing Benefit Documents

The extent of each retired Participant’s benefits is governed by the complete terms of the Southern California IBEW-NECA Health Plan Document and the policies, contracts, and agreements issued to the Fund by the Kaiser Permanente Foundation Health Plan, PacifiCare of California, CIGNA Dental, DeltaCare USA, United Concordia Dental, Safeguard Dental, Vision Service Plan and Prescription Solutions and any rules and regulations which the Trustees may adopt from time to time. This booklet describes these benefits in general terms. If there is any difference between this booklet and the Evidence of Coverage documents provided by the HMO, or the policies, contracts and agreements issued by any of the above providers, the terms and conditions of the Evidence of Coverage, Contract or Agreement shall prevail. These Documents are available for inspection at the Administrative Office.
