Kaiser early retirees – You are covered under the Kaiser Drug Plan.   Refer to the chart on page 55 under the heading "Prescription Drug Coverage".

PacifiCare early retirees – You are covered under the prescription drug plan explained on pages 110 to 118 and administered by Prescription Solutions.

Kaiser Senior Advantage retirees – You are covered under the Kaiser Drug Plan.   Refer to the chart on page 87 under the heading "Prescription Drug Coverage".

PacifiCare Secure Horizons retirees – You are covered under the PacifiCare Drug Plan.  Refer to the chart on page 96 under the heading "Prescription Drugs".

Medicare Supplement Plan and Premium Reimbursement Plan – You are covered under the prescription drug plan explained on pages 110 to 118 and administered by Prescription Solutions.
