AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA IBEW-NECA PENSION PLAN
This Amendment to the Southern California IBEW-NECA Pension Plan (“Plan”) executed this 24th day of April, 2008, is made by the Board of Trustees of the Southern California IBEW-NECA Pension Trust Fund (“Board of Trustees”) with reference to the following facts and circumstances:
- The Board of Trustees wishes to amend the provisions of the Plan to remove inadvertent references to “Mandatory Retirement Date”.
- The Board of Trustees has reserved to themselves the ability to amend the Plan from time to time.
NOW THEREFORE, the Plan is amended as follows:
- Article 9, Section 9.7(c) of the Plan is amended by replacing the words“Mandatory Retirement Date” with “Mandatory Commencement Date”.
- All other terms and conditions of the Plan shall remain in full force and This Amendment shall be effective October 1, 2007.
