Complaints

If an enrollee has a complaint regarding VSP service or claim payment, he/she may communicate the complaint to VSP by using the complaint form which is available in all VSP doctor offices, from the Southern California IBEW-NECA Administrative Office, or by calling VSP’s toll-free Member Services Department’s number (800-877-7195), Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time.
