The Board of Trustees of the Southern California IBEW-NECA Health Trust Fund hereby amends the Southern California IBEW-NECA Retiree Health Plan as follows:

The Section entitled “Eligible Spouse” as set forth on Pages 8-9, is hereby amended by adding the following provisions:

“Notwithstanding any provisions of the Plan to the contrary, all existing retirees eligible for coverage under the Plan as of January 1, 2007 shall be permitted to add a spouse as an eligible spouse if the retiree was married to the spouse subsequent to the inception of the retiree’s coverage under the Plan. This opportunity to add such a spouse as an eligible spouse under the Plan shall be permitted between February 1, 2007 and March 31, 2007.

“Effective January 1, 2007, a retiree shall be permitted to add a spouse as an eligible spouse under the Southern California IBEW-NECA Retiree Health Plan if an application to add such a spouse is submitted to the Trust Fund within sixty (60) days of the date of marriage.”

All other terms and conditions of the Plan shall remain in full force and effect.
