A Mail Service Prescription Drug Plan is available for maintenance drugs. Maintenance medications are prescribed for such conditions as high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, ulcers, and arthritis. You may obtain up to a 100-day supply of a prescription drug for your $0 Generic or $20 Brand co-payment.  Prescription drugs will be mailed directly to your home by Prescription Solutions.

Your co-payment can be paid by check, money order, or credit card. The original prescription can be sent in a pre-printed envelope supplied by Prescription Solutions and your medication will be delivered to your home within seven working days after your order is received.  Your prescription should arrive within seven working days after your order is received at the Prescription Solutions Mail Service Pharmacy.  Prescription Solutions pays all standard mailing expense for standard deliveries.

Ordering is simple:

1. Obtain a mail order form and Prescription Solutions envelope from the Administrative Office.
2. Get a prescription from your doctor for the appropriate supply, up to a 100-day supply.
3. Complete the Prescription Solutions form and enclose the prescription. Mail it to Prescription Solutions in the pre-printed envelope provided to you.
4. Your prescription will be mailed to your home by Prescription Solutions.
