GENERAL PROVISIONS

Section 16: Acceptance of Rollovers. This Plan shall accept rollovers from qualified retirement plans and conduit IRAs pursuant to the written request of the Participant. The funds transferred under the rollover shall be added to the Participant's Individual Account. Beginning January 1, 2002, the Plan may accept rollovers from IRA's of participants in the Plan.
