Governing Benefit Documents

The extent of each active Employee's benefits is governed by the complete terms of the Southern California IBEW-NECA Health Plan Document and the policies, contracts, and agreements issued to the Fund by the Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, PacifiCare of California, Anthem Blue Cross of California Health Plan, CIGNA Dental, DeltaCare USA Dental, United Concordia Dental, Safeguard Dental, Vision Service Plan, Prescription Solutions, Metropolitan Life Insurance, PacifiCare Behavioral Health and any rules and regulations which the Trustees may adopt from time to time. This booklet describes these benefits in general terms. If there is any difference between this booklet and the Plan Document, or the policies, contracts and agreements issued by any of the above providers, the terms and conditions of the Plan Document, Contract or Agreement shall prevail. These Documents are available for inspection at the Administrative Office.
