New Participant Portal

Register for New Participant PortalOn or about October 7th new identification cards for eligible participants and their dependent spouse, same sex spouse or domestic partner or opposite sex domestic partner will be issued by Anthem/Blue Cross.
Those participants seeking to obtain additional identification cards for eligible dependents may do so by contacting the Anthem/Blue Cross customer service staff at (800)543-3037 or by accessing the Anthem/Blue Cross website at www.anthem.com, logging on as a registered member and requesting a card or cards.
The primary reasons for the issuance of the new cards are to support the brand change from Blue Cross to Anthem and to promote the Anthem logo.
