Register for New Participant PortalChiropractic Visit Copayment Reduction
The Board of Trustees is pleased to announce that the copayment for chiropractic visits under the PacifiCare HMO plan is being reduced from $15 per visit to $5 per visit effective January 1, 2011.
If you have been utilizing chiropractic services through your PacifiCare HMO plan, be sure to advise your chiropractic provider that the copayment has been reduced when you visit your chiropractor after the New Year's holiday.
Since the PacifiCare ID card does not specify the chiropractic copayment, you will not be receiving a new ID card from PacifiCare. Your chiropractic provider can confirm your benefits and the new, reduced copayment by calling 800-873-4575.
