The prescription provider, Prescription Solutions, has issued the following announcement regarding mail prescription orders:
"If you mailed in or your doctor faxed in your prescription, your order might be delayed. Severe weather in the Midwest is impacting mail deliveries both to and from our facilities. Please allow at least 10 days for receipt of your order. We apologize for the inconvenience this storm has caused.
"Severe weather in the Midwest may also cause a delay in connecting you with a customer service advocate. If you prefer, you can use PrescriptionSolutions.com. We apologize for the inconvenience this storm has caused."
