• Amendment 47 - Positive enrollment and the effective date for coverage.
• Amendment 48 - Definition of Eligible Children as required by the Affordable Care Act issued by the Department of Labor.
• Amendment 49 - Enhanced Accidental Death and Dismemberment Benefits.
