RE: Enhancement to Behavioral Health Coverage
Effective Date: July 1, 2012
To comply with a recently passed California bill (SB946), beginning July 1, 2012 Kaiser Permanente, United HealthCare and Anthem Blue Cross will provide coverage for behavioral health treatment for pervasive developmental disorder or autism.
For further information please review your "Evidence of Coverage" or contact your health plan carrier (Kaiser, United HealthCare or Anthem Blue Cross).
