INTRODUCTION
Effective October 1, 2007, or as otherwise indicated, this document constitutes another complete Amendment and Restatement of the Southern California IBEW-NECA Pension Plan (the “Plan”).
The rights and benefits of Participants, Beneficiaries, Annuitants and Alternate Payees who retire prior to October 1, 2007 and the rights and benefits, if any, for periods prior to October 1, 2007 shall be determined in accordance with the prior provisions of the Plan, unless otherwise provided in the Plan or in any Amendment thereto.
