18. DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING TO ENSURE THAT I RECEIVE ALL OF THE BENEFITS TO WHICH I AM ENTITLED?
Although the Trustees have procedures in place to ensure that all contributions are reported, sometimes errors do occur. You should keep pay stubs that reflect the hours that you have accumulated and compare those hours to the statement of hours that are periodically provided to you by the Trustees. If you notice any discrepancies, please report the situation to the Fund Office immediately.
