PAYMENT OF INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTS ON TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT DUE TO DISABILITY

Section 2: Total and Permanent Disability. Total and Permanent Disability means a physical or mental condition resulting from bodily injury, disease or mental disorder, which has rendered the Participant incapable of performing the duties required of a Journeyman under the IBEW-NECA Inside Wireman Agreement at any time during the remainder of his life. Objective proof of disability consists solely of a Social Security Administration Disability Award or a Disability Pension award from the Southern California IBEW-NECA Pension Plan (Defined Benefit Plan) or a medical evaluation by an Independent Medical Evaluator appointed by the Board of Trustees.
