CIGNA Dental Plan (DHMO)
Effective 1/1/2022
The Board of Trustees wishes to amend the SPD to reflect the termination of Cigna DHMO Plan and replaced by the DeltaCare USA 40R plan. Participants and eligible dependents previously enrolled in the Cigna Plan and who failed to select a new dental carrier by December 1, 2021, were automatically enrolled in the Delta Dental DHMO plan.
