TOP HEAVY PROVISIONS

Section 7: Maximum Limitation Under Top Heavy Plan. With respect to any Plan Year for which the Plan is determined to be a Top-Heavy Plan, a 1.0 limitation shall be substituted for the 1.25 limitations.
