AMENDMENT NO. 7
TO THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA IBEW-NECA DEFINED CONTRIBUTION PLAN

This Amendment to the Southern California IBEW-NECA Defined Contribution Plan ("Plan") executed this 27th day of October, 2016 is made by the Board of Trustees of the Southern California IBEW-NECA Defined Contribution Trust Fund ("Board of Trustees") with reference to the following facts and circumstances:

1. The Board of Trustees wishes to extend the sunset date of Amendment No. 4, and as extended by Amendment No. 2 to the Restated Plan dated January 1, 2014.
2. The Board of Trustees has reserved to themselves the ability to amend the Plan from time to time.

NOW THEREFORE, the Plan is amended as follows:

1. Article VI, Section 1(g) of the Plan is amended by replacing the date of "December 31, 2016" with "December 31, 2017."
2. All other terms and conditions of the plan shall remain in full force and effect.
