The Southern California IBEW-NECA Health Trust Fund Health Reimbursement Arrangement ("HRA") Wellness Incentive Program encourages preventive care, supports Participant^* well-being and strengthens relationships with trusted clinical resources. Using a flexible system, you can take charge of your health and earn $100 HRA wellness incentive. Qualify by participating in one of the following options:

• Annual physical exam with full lab panel
  (Physical - 50 points, Labs - 50 points)

  Participants^* complete a physical examination & lab panel with their healthcare provider.

• Physical + MedExpert conversations
  (Physical / lab panel - 50 points, MedExpert calls - 25 points each)

  Participants^* complete the routine physical examination or lab panel. Follow up your results with two calls to MedExpert which include:

  • Reviewing lab results
  • Discussing preventive care or existing treatment plans
  • Setting personal health goals

• MedExpert conversations only
  (Four MedExpert calls - 25 points each)

  Have four untimed personal health calls with MedExpert. Discover how MedExpert can help you with your medical concerns and integrate evidence-based medicine into your care routine.

The qualifying period to the complete the incentive program is January 1st through December 31st. Participants^* who reach 100 points through any combination of activities will receive $100 HRA wellness incentive.

^*Program is only available for Active Participants. Dependents are not eligible for the incentive program.
