6.3 Mail Service Pharmacy (For Maintenance Medications Only)

Mail-Service Pharmacy is available for maintenance medications through all medical providers. Maintenance medications are prescribed for such conditions as high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, ulcers, arthritis and other chronic conditions. Mail Service maintenance medication drugs are available to:

Participants and eligible dependents enrolled in Kaiser Permanente: up to 100-day supply

Participants and eligible dependents enrolled in Anthem Blue Cross and UnitedHealthcare: up to 90-day supply

Maintenance medication drugs will be mailed directly to your home.  The mailing expense for standard deliveries is covered through your medical carrier.

You can order refills through the provider websites at: www.kp.org for Kaiser Permanente, www.myuhc.com for UnitedHealthcare or www.anthem.com for Anthem Blue Cross.
