12.8 Exclusions and Limitations
Your MAP does not cover any of the following:
- Physician services, including services from a psychiatrist
- Hospital services (inpatient and outpatient services)
- Diagnostic laboratory and diagnostic and therapeutic radiological services
- Home health services
- Emergency health care services
- Drugs and medications
