Log in to myuhc.com and choose from provider sites where you can register for a virtual visit.
Health4Me Mobile App
View or print health plan ID cards, see count balances, get current coverage information, locate physicians and facilities, compare costs, pay claims online, see how each claim was processed and paid, see how much of the
deductible has been met, view the out-of-pocket maximums.
