For Retirees UNDER Age 70.5

If you are a Retiree UNDER Age 70.5, you will need to take the following steps:

1. Read the Cover Letter for the Annual Pensioner Verification Process
   
   
2. Complete, print, sign, and date the Annual Pensioner Verification Form
   
   
3. Complete, print, sign, but do not date the Request for Social Security Earnings Information Form
   
   
4. Complete, print, sign, and date the Change of Address Form (If necessary)
   
   
5. Return the completed form(s) to:
   SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA IBEW – NECA TRUST FUNDS
   P.O. Box 6652
   Pasadena, CA 91109
   
   
6. And that's it!
