Here's a new spin on good health: Take care of yourself without taking time off.

When: November 5, 2020
10:00 – 1:00PM, 2:00 – 5:00PM

What: Preventive screenings for KP members and limited screenings for all participants

KP members will receive preventive screenings which MAY include:

• Immunizations
• Tests and Questionnaires
• Labs (if ordered by physician)

All participants will receive the following services:

• Blood Pressure
• Height, weight, and BMI calculation
• Glucose
• Flu shots (if available)

Reminder: All participants are required to wear a mask and bring a pen. Please bring your Kaiser Permanente card if you are a member.
