John Hancock 8/12-8/15 Systems Maintenance Notice
Beginning Friday, August 12th at 5:00 p.m. ET to Monday, August 15th at 8:00 a.m. ET, we will be performing planned maintenance on our recordkeeping system. This is part of our ongoing commitment to invest in our technology infrastructure. As a result, the voice response system, participant web site (MyLifeNow) and client access web site will be unavailable during that period. As we are extending our standard systems maintenance schedule we are communicating this in advance directly to you and also posting a similar message on the affected systems starting August 5th. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
