Register for New Participant PortalOctober – December 2016 Quarterly Statement
The October – December 2016 quarterly statements will be mailed on February 17, 2017. You should receive your statement within 7-10 days. If you have not received your quarterly statement by February 27, please call us at (323) 221-5861 or the Trust Funds' toll-free number (800) 824-6935.
