Amendment No. 2
To the Summary Plan Description of the Southern California IBEW-NECA Supplemental Unemployment Benefit Trust Fund As Of January 1, 2015

This Amendment to the Southern California IBEW-NECA Supplemental Unemployment Benefit Trust Fund Summary Plan Description, for Inside Wiremen, Intelligent Transportation and Inspectors effective as of January 1, 2015, is made by the Board of Trustees of the Southern California IBEW-NECA Supplemental Unemployment Benefit Trust Fund (“Board of Trustees”) with reference to the following facts and circumstances.

The Board of Trustees has reserved to themselves the ability to amend the Plan from time to time.

1. The Board of Trustees wishes to amend the Summary Plan Description to reflect a temporary increase in the maximum weekly benefits for the month of August 2020, as set forth in the second paragraph of the BENEFITS Section, at page 5, as follows:
   1. Journeymen – The Supplemental Unemployment Benefit Trust Fund benefit is increased from $4.80 per each weekday to $60.00 per each weekday to a maximum of $300.00 per week; and
   2. Apprentices – The Supplemental Unemployment Benefit Trust Fund benefit is increased from $4.80 per each weekday to $40.00 per each weekday to a maximum of $200.00 per week.

The Board of Trustees took action on March 27, 2020 to temporarily amend the Plan, increasing the weekly benefit payment amounts for benefits accrued on and after April 1, 2020 through and including June 30, 2020. The increased benefit amounts expired in accordance with the language of Amendment No. 1 on July 1, 2020. No further amendment to the Plan occurred and the SUB Plan weekly benefit amounts reverted to the original weekly benefit amount of $24.00 per week ($4.80 per workday) as set forth in the SPD.

The Board of Trustees took action on July 31, 2020 to temporarily amend the Plan, increasing the weekly benefit payment amounts for benefits accrued on and after August 1, 2020 through August 31, 2020 as set forth above. The increased benefit amounts will expire in accordance with the language of Amendment No. 2 on September 1, 2020. Without further amendment to the Plan, SUB Plan weekly benefit amounts will revert to the original weekly benefit amount of $24.00 per week ($4.80 per workday) as set forth in the SPD.

NOW THEREFORE, the second paragraph of the BENEFITS Section, at page 5 of the Summary Plan Description, is amended temporarily, effective for benefits accrued on or after August 1, 2020 through and including August 31, 2020, to read as follows:`

1. The Supplemental Unemployment Benefit Trust Fund benefit for an eligible Journeyman Participant is $60.00 per each weekday the Journeyman Participant has actually received unemployment compensation benefits to a maximum of $300.00 per week; and
2. The Supplemental Unemployment Benefit Trust Fund benefit for an eligible Apprentice Participant is $40.00 per each weekday the Apprentice Participant has actually received unemployment compensation benefits to a maximum of $200.00 per week.

The benefits as set forth above are paid in arrears after filing of an appropriate application and the Out-Of-Work Book registration requirement is temporarily waived for benefits accrued on or after August 1, 2020 through and including August 31, 2020.

All other terms and conditions of the Plan shall remain in full force and effect.
